WPP welcomed over 15 activists from all over the world for its Global Consultation!

• From 27 May to 29 May, activists from all over the world will be strategizing on the next steps on Gender-sensitive Active Nonviolence from a Masculinities perspectives. Which activities should WPP plan to take this work to the next level and multiply its positive effects? In addition, WPP will be looking at the results of its pioneering ToT on masculinities, violence and peacebuilding which took place from 2009-2010.
• On 28 May, WPP will be launching its annual May 24 publication. The launch will be accompanied by a public event with two panel discussions with activists from all over the world sharing their experiences on working for gender-sensitive nonviolence.

From 03 April – 11 April 2013

WPP is Asia bound for two weeks with two exciting events in Indonesia on the agenda!

• From 3 April to 9 April, the second training week will take place to close the Asian Training of Trainers (ToT) cycle. Trainees will be sharing their experiences with the country-based initiatives on gender-sensitive active nonviolence and will be receiving more training material to deepen their knowledge on this topic.
• On 10^th and 11^th of April, the WPP Asia network will meet for the Asian Network Consultation.  Important organizational questions and strategizing for the future of WPP and the Asia network will be on the agenda.
